"I got this from Weight Watchers and my family LOVES it. The fight is on for any leftovers! It calls for Cajun seasoning, but I use Old Bay and like it better."

We live in a rural area, with tons of great cooks. I work from the home in the insurance field, and have 4 kids, ranging in age from 10 - 22. My favorite cookbooks are church cookbooks! The recipes are always tried and true favorites. I work full time and am constantly running my littlest one to Dance, so I don't have alot of time for complicated recipes. I found this site in November, 07, and LOVE it! It's been great fun trying out the different recipes I have come across. Cooking can be such a chore, when you have a family staring at you and asking "what is for dinner?" Trying new ideas makes it a little more fun to plan and put together.
