What did I do wrong??? The recipe did not say to soak my beans overnight....so I didn't. Result: After 30 minutes in the pressure cooker, the beans were still not tender but most the of the liquid was gone. In addition, the sauce was terribly salty and almost bitter.

Really liked the flavor. Did not add the extra salt as I felt the cubes were enough. Added celery and carrots because I love veggies.

Wonderful taste, and loved this with the turmeric and paprika. These turned out so delightfully elegant, and tasteful we two helpings! Served with some chicken, but I agree with another reviewer to add some kind of chorizo sausage too! Made for ZWT6 Zee Zesties!

Very tasty and a lovely way to serve beans! Next time I would add some chorizo sausage to boost the flavour a little. Thanks for a lovely dish that was yummy and easy to make. Made for Went to Market tag game.
