Napa Cabbage Salad

"From eatthisdiet.com, with strawberries added because it's better. Serve the crunchy topping separately (sprinkle on) so that leftovers don't get soggy. Great with grilled chicken/fish/protein for an easy summer lunch or light dinner."

  1. This salad isn't like any other salad I've had with cabbage. My wife and I loved the flavors and the variety of textures. She especially appreciated the toasted flavor of the almonds and ramen.

  2. This was a hit! Made for a family gathering and the two how normal turn there noses up at veggies both ate two servings each which is saying a lot. Very one liked the dressing and one person even said they wished there was a little more dressing. Very one said the would like to see this salad come to another gathering. Made as written. Thanks so much for the post.
