My Milo Tart Creation

"I was looking for a milo tart recipe all over, but didn’t find one. So I decided to create my own and it’s really delicious! Try it and post a review if you liked it. *If you want it thicker, just add more flour and milk.*"

  • Marie biscuits
  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons milo
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons cake flour
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 125 ml dessert cream
  • 1 cup fresh cream

directions

  • Place HALF of the Marie biscuits in a dessert tray.
  • Heat milk in pot.
  • Add vanilla essence and sugar.
  • Place milo, flour and cocoa in bowl and make a paste, adding dessert cream.
  • Throw other half of Marie biscuits in pot, adding paste slowly and stirring continuously with a whisk (makes it easier for me) until everything has dissolved and mixture is smooth.
  • Fold in fresh cream.
  • When cooled. pour over biscuits in tray and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • ENJOY----------.

well im a stay at home mom who has all the time in the world to experiment with food,and watch cooking channels!!my absolute favourite programmes are MASTERCHEF GOES LARGE and THE NAKED CHEF...i love curries and puddings and my challenges are pastries its dam difficult i cant handle it hahaha
