My Famous Shredded Chicken

ingredients

  • 1 (40 ounce) package frozen boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 -10 sandwich buns (or cooked rice or noodles)

directions

  • Place chicken in slow cooker, separating pieces.
  • Top with soups; season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours, until chicken is very tender.
  • Uncover; shred chicken with 2 forks and stir into soup mixture.
  • Continue cooking, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, until gravy is thick.
  • Serve chicken mixture spooned onto buns or ladled over rice or noodles.
