- 1 (40 ounce) package frozen boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- salt
- pepper
- 8 -10 sandwich buns (or cooked rice or noodles)
directions
- Place chicken in slow cooker, separating pieces.
- Top with soups; season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours, until chicken is very tender.
- Uncover; shred chicken with 2 forks and stir into soup mixture.
- Continue cooking, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, until gravy is thick.
- Serve chicken mixture spooned onto buns or ladled over rice or noodles.
