  • Drain tomatos to remove excess juice.
  • Put all other ingredients into a food processor and blend until a little chunky.
  • Mix celery mixture into tomatoes.
  • Chill and serve.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, celery sticks or cooked and peeled medium shrimp.
