My Best Eggless Eggnog
- Ready In:
- 1⁄2 gallon French vanilla ice cream
- 1 quart milk
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- cinnamon (to taste)
- nutmeg (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- place all ingredients in a blender.
- blend until smooth.

I had to split the recipe in half so it will fit in my blender. I used 1/4 gallon of Breyer's French Vanilla Ice Cream(you have to buy two tubs to fulfill this recipe) because of its great taste and simple ingredients. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon and 3 tsp of nutmeg to the whole recipe which would be 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1 1/2 tsp of nutmeg for the half batch. I blend all ingredients on high for 5 minutes to get it smooth. As noted by kai'smom04, you do not miss the eggs which is safer for us to drink and I don't like having any alcohol in our drinks which is another added bonus.
