  1. Hi, I just wanted to check if the amount of yeast is correct at 4 1/2 teaspoons? I haven’t seen any other two pound loaves with that much. Most seem to call for 2 1/2 teaspoons.

I've worked in the health care industry for just over 14 years so when I cook, I try to cook healthy. I'm married with and 18 year old stepson and work full time so life gets crazy busy!
