Made for Fall '09 PAC. Considering I don't like coconut, have never eaten muesli, and had no clue what it was or where to find it in the grocer's, this dish was a pleasant surprise. I just figured with the apples, raisins, brown sugar and "autumn" spices, my taste buds could rise above the coconut. No need to. This dessert was delicious. It's such a textured recipe that I enjoyed all aspects of it. Moist, chewy, and definitely wholesome. I think I'll have it for breakfast with a nice, cold glass of milk. Thanks, JeanineD, for sharing with us.
