Moroccan Seasoned Wedges

- Ready In:
- 5 large potatoes, cut into wedges, skin on
- 2 tablespoons morrocan seasoning
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- preheat oven to 200°C.
- place all ingredients in a bowl.
- toss to coat.
- line tray with baking paper.
- bake until golden and crisp.

*Reviewed during Pick A Chef PAC Sept 09* Loved 'em. These were really tasty wedges and I loved that they were fully baked in the oven. After reading Chef floWer's review I used half the oil and found this also was plenty. We served with some sour cream and they were enjoyed for our dinner as a side to some grilled chicken breasts.
