ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, quartered
- 3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cumin
directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350.
- Boil the cabbage in a large pot for about 5 minutes. Drain and put the pieces in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage. Bake for about 20 minutes and serve.
