- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a single pie crust and place in a 9" pie pan.
- Arrange peach slices on pie crust.
- Combine cream, sugar, eggs, flour and salt in bowl; Pour over peaches.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until firm in the center.

This review is for using Splenda in the pie- not sugar. It was good. My friends granddad can not have sugar, so I made this for him tday. He liked it. I tasted it as well and it was good. I did use the big can of peaches- not sure on size but it was bigger thatn 15. oz. I want to try it w/ sugar also- i loved the creamy taste !!
