    cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine

    ounces Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup or 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup

    cup rice (not instant rice)

    ounce Lipton Onion Soup Mix (or 1 Envelope mix)

DIRECTIONS

  • Melt butter/margarine in a large Skillet.
  • Brown Wide Egg Noodles.
  • Add boiling water to pan.
  • Add 1 Can of soup, 1 cup of rice and 1 envelope of lipton Onion Soup.
  • Cover and cook on low flame until water is absorbed between 20-25 minutes.
