Mom's Famous Crock Pot Cream Corn

"My mom got this recipe from a local restaurant, The Brookville Hotel. She makes it for almost every family get together by request. And if you have any leftovers, it tastes even better warmed up."

Such a simple and easy recipe! Just throw it all into a crock pot and let it go. Does not taste the same if you try and lessen the time and cook it on high. Cook as directions state above. I do cut the sugar out and add chopped roasted green chiles. Read a reviewer also added chopped jalapeno, too. I've got to try that!

What the back is oleo? It has to be terrible for you. What can you substitute?

Does one need to adjust for frozen corn? Like thaw and drain?

My family loves this but I make it with no sugar and add a finely chopped jalapeno. It is not the same without the jalapeno!
