  • 12 cup original Bisquick baking mix
  • 13 cup Italian dressing
  • 12 cup progresso garlic and herb-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 12 lbs boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (4 chops)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

directions

  • Place Bisquick mix, dressing and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  • Coat pork chops with Bisquick mix.
  • Dip coated pork chops into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook pork in oil about 5 minutes or until golden brown; reduce heat to low.
  • Carefully turn pork.
  • Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink in center.
  • Serve immediately.

  2. These were very moist pork chops. I was glad about that because I tend to get them too done. Mine were about an inch thick, so I can't say anything about the time it took to cook them. I made this for "Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup". Thanks for posting this.

  4. Moist and delicious is a good name for these yummy pork chops! Even though I subbed some ingredients, I did follow the recipe pretty much exactly, using Jiffy baking mix instead of Bisquick and my own bread crumbs with some seasoned salt added to them. Also, I sauteed them in olive oil, just because I had it out at the time. The timing is just right on these...I had completely cooked, yet not dried out, chops in about 15 minutes. My husband loved them. Thanks KC for the keeper :)
