- 1⁄3 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
- 1⁄3 - 2⁄3 cup reddi whip fat-free whipped topping
- Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
- cinnamon (to taste)
directions
- Combine cottage cheese, whip cream and splenda together.
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Enjoy!

I love this for breakfast; a great higher protein option for the morning! I use the Domino brand of sucralose/sugar blend as straight artificial sweetners make me a bit ill to my stomach. Still, this beats a bagel! I also do this using ricotta cheese and it is teriffic! I use the sugar free Cool Whip as well as it is handier to keep in the house for just one.

Excellent for those low-carb sweet cravings. I am giving it 4 stars because- well, it's not going to fool anyone into thinking it's the real thing, but it's a solid substitute. I used the real stuff (whipping cream, regular cottage cheese, and splenda) and threw in a dash of vanilla for good measure. Yum!
