Mock Bailey's Irish Cream

ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa (may want to add a little more)
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 4 drops coconut essence
- 1 cup Irish whiskey (or a little more ;-)
directions
- Mix all together.
- Store in dark bottles in the fridge.
- Don't tell anyone you have it or it will be gone soon!
- (I have alot of luck mixing this up in a blender).

I live in Michigan but lived in NC most of my life. I am a comfort cook and my husband is a gourmet cook, so I cook during the week and then we have fabulous food during the weekend. Of course, most of our friends come over during the weekends. We love to go out to eat and then copy the food when we come home.
