  • Cook and drain lima beans according to package.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat butter in large skillet, and saute frankfurter slices, onion, and garlic, stirring occasionally.
  • When onion is tender, stir in lima beans, and all remaining ingredients, except chips.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
  • Top with corn chips.

  1. This dish is very tasty, fairly easy to make, inexpensive and looks good as well. I used four frankfurters, sliced, instead of half a cup as stated in the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

I just completed remodeling my entire house, and am very active at volunteering at my childrens schools.<br />Rating System <br />5 stars- Outstanding (4 out 4 ) in family enjoyed. <br />4 stars - Very good (3 out of 4) in family enjoyed. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
