DIRECTIONS

  • In a deep size wok add oil, add vegetables, little by little. Always try to add the hardes cooking vegetables.
  • Add ginger, cilantro and soy sauce.
  • Make sure vegetables are "al dente".
  • Add shrimp, (can be substituted for chicken, beef or pork, your taste).
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add peanuts, season with a little bit of black pepper and salt.
  • (It will ideal with a bed of white rice or the pasta of your choice).
