ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream-style corn
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
directions
- mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan or baking dish.
- bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until done.

Great recipe, my mom and I both make it. We tweak it just a bit by adding some sweetener. I believe she does 1 tablespoon of simple sweet and I add a couple (or few) tablespoons of sugar. We find that if we don't it turns out with a little bit of an after-taste. Also mine cooks completely in the oven at about 35 minutes but still on 375.
