ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs mahi mahi fillets
- 1⁄3 cup mirin
- 1⁄3 cup miso
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
directions
- Mix Mirin, Miso and brown sugar together.
- Put fish fillets in plastic ziploc.
- Pour marinade on fish for about 2 to 3 hours.
- Drain Marinade.
- Cook fish on George Foreman for about 4 minutes.

This sauce tasted great. I was looking for a quick (like dinner in 15 min) and simple recipe for my fish fillets. I made the sauce, put it on the fish and fried it on a pan. Someday when I'm organized, I will try the 2-3 hr marinade version, but for a quick dinner in a hurry, it was fantastic! Thanks.
