Mini Hot Ham & Swiss Sandwiches

"This is the greatest recipe for hot ham & cheese sandwiches. Works as a quick dinner item or appetizer. You can make whatever quantity you need. I usually make 12 in a 9X13 pan. Sometimes I substitute turkey and provolone for the ham and swiss for a different taste."

 1. Great recipe. I make these using the little "heat & serve" rolls that come in the tin trays. Just slice the rolls in half, place in the center, put tops back on, cover and bake. Wonderfull stuff!!!

 2. A friend makes these for church potlucks and have been looking for the recipe for a while. They are easy, tasty & fun to eat! Thanks!!

 3. Made these for our Super Bowl Party. What a hit. I followed directions as written, next time I might bump up the horseradish a bit, although they were very tasty as is. I used Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns (12 in a package) which did require me to make a double batch of sauce. I then wrapped each bun individually in foil and baked per the directions.

 4. Great little appetizer for Xmas Eve...we enjoyed it..

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
