Mincemeat Cobbler

"While searching for a particular recipe I came across this one for mincemeat cobbler that my Mom gave me about 20 or so years ago. I served it this past Christmas along with 2 other desserts and everyone commented on how good it tasted. So try it, and let me know what you think."

  1. JUST LOVE MINCEMEAT, & this cobbler fits right in there! Used a Granny Smith apple & unsalted butter (along with everything else, of course!), then put it all in a 9"x9" baking pan! I did add just a pinch of nutmeg to the pastry topping, & the cobbler was wonderful! I look forward to making it again during the winter holidays! Thanks for sharing!
