DIRECTIONS

  • Put sugar and water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until syrup consistency.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Mix together cooled syrup, half and half, brandy, and vanilla.
  • Pour punch into ice-filled glasses.
