DIRECTIONS

  • In a large heatproof bowl, combine the rice, cauliflower, peas, broth and curry paste.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few times and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes then season to taste.
  • Stir and serve.
