Microwave Garlic Butter Potatoes

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 4 russet potatoes, cubed
• 1 sweet onion, diced
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt (more or less or to taste)
• 1⁄2 cup butter, melted

directions

1. In microwave safe dish, combine all ingrediants.
2. Cook in microwave for 20 - 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir after first 10 minutes.

I used 1/4 of the butter with 4 small Kestrel potatoes (for 2), cooked in 5mins & so tasty! I will be making this every week.

Super simple! I made exactly as written, then tasted and added salt and pepper. Next time I will cook them a few minutes less. A bit overdone for our taste. But still very good! Probably just my goofy microwave. We will make them again. Thanks for the recipe!
