ingredients
- 4 cups plain flour
- 4 tablespoons of ground rice flour
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 lb butter
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Thoroughly sift dry ingredients.
- melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients.
- mix well and press into a pan.
- bake at 325–350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25–30 minutes.
