  1. I really liked the flavours and the easy way to make this chicken. I put all the wings into a plastic bag with the oil and shook the bag until the wings were covered. I replaced the chips with bread crumbs. I added some garlic powder and mixed the dry herbs with the crumbs and dipped the wings into the seasoned crumbs. I turned the wings several times while they were baking. I lined the baking sheet with parchment paper, the wings do not stick as they sometimes do with foil. A nice recipe, will make this again.

  2. This recipe is definitely a winner with my family. I made a few adjustments, didn't have tortillas or Fritos so I used Flamin Hot Doritos instead and I used a tablespoon of taco seasoning instead of the spices recommended. I also saved the crumbs and pan dripping after baking them and froze them to make a great chicken tortilla soup by adding heavy cream, then topped with sour cream cheddar cheese and a sprig of cilantro. Another winner, myself and my family including two very picky kid 12 and 3 years old absolutely went bonkers over both of these amazing dishes.... Loved them. both. I would like to see your version of Mexican street corn on the cob and canned corn!
