MERRY CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT MARTINI

"Is any drink more festive than a chocolate peppermint martini? Betsy doesn't think so and she knows your holiday guests will love this super yummy drink. They'll be shocked and wowed when you reveal the secret ingredient is Betsy's Best Gourmet Almond Butter."

ingredients

• 1 ounce vanilla vodka
• 1 ounce irish cream
• 1 ounce Kahlua
• 1 ounce almond milk
• 1 teaspoon betsy's best gourmet almond butter
• 1 drop peppermint extract
• 1 melted white chocolate, for rim
• 1 crushed peppermint candy

directions

1. Coat rim of glass in white chocolate and dip in crushed peppermint.
2. Mix all liquids into a martini shaker with ice and shake.
3. Make sure to shake hard enough to mix the almond butter into the liquids.
4. Strain and serve!
