DIRECTIONS

  • Combine water and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Puree raspberries and peaches, using all the liquid in the peaches.
  • Combine puree and cornstarch mixture in a saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and clear.
  • Strain.
  • Stir in kirsch.
