Mediterranean Chi-Chi Burgers

ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup of grated feta
- 1⁄4 cup of chopped olive (dont sqeeze out all the juice)
- 1⁄4 cup prepared salsa
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 tablespoons mild paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or so . Remove from fridge and make 8 patties . BBQ till done. Serve with grilled eggplant and lettuce or anything else you like on your burger . Can also be called sausage burger. ENJOY!

Sorry, I didn't really care for this. The texture was too crumbly and mealy and it actually needed more seasoning (even though there are a lot of ingredients). I also had to turn the heat way down because it had a tendency to char too soon. If I were to make this again, I would put the feta and salsa on top of the finished burger and use fresh red onions inside instead of the powder.
