ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 spinach flat bread wraps (or pita bread)
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese
directions
- In large skillet, cook beef and onion. Drain.
- In medium bowl, stir together cucumber, yogurt, garlic, dill, pepper and salt.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons cucumber mixture down center of each wrap. Top with beef mixture, tomatoes and feta. Roll up. Serve with remaining cucumber mixture.
