MEATLOAF
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper, to taste

GRAVY
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1 tablespoon chutney
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- salt, to taste
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
directions
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Mix gravy ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
- Bake at 180C for 1 hour.
