Wow! This is good. DH noticed the raisins right away and gave it 2 thumbs up. I was surprised because I didn't think he would be happy with them in his meatloaf. I cut the recipe in half and used corn flakes cuz that's what I had. This is a delicious change from our normal meatloaf. Has a slight sweet taste to it. Thanks Syd for posting.

This was very delicious! My PICKY roommate even liked it! I used half golden, half regular raisins because that's what I had on hand... I don't think it changed it much at all. Mine sliced nicely. I liked the tang of the raisins mixed with the onions and the worcestershire. Thanks for a great dinner!

I never would have thought to put raisins in a meatloaf! Great idea, we were very pleasantly surprized at how flavourful it was, I will make it again. It had quite a sweetness to it. I put a line of salsa along the top of it and served it over chili, a nice combination! The only problem I had was cutting it, sorry to say it didn't stay together well; but the great flavour made up for it. Thanks for posting.
