  • Meatloaf: Mix all ingredients together place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  • Glaze: While meatloaf is cooking place ingredients for glaze in a sauce pan and cook on stove top until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  • When meatloaf is done, pour over the top and bake an additional 10 minutes.

  1. This meatloaf is good, easy to prepare and a nice change of pace from the classic savory ketchup-based meatloaf I usually make. My husband and I both really like the sauce; and I don't even like mustard. I will be making it in regular rotation. Thank you!
     
  2. This was a very good recipe. The glaze was absolutely delicious! When I was looking over the ingredients for the meatloaf, I felt like there wouldn't be much flavor (I'm big on herbs/spices), so I decided to add some Montreal Steak Seasoning for the pepper/salt/garlic flavor. It turned out great, and the whole family enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing! I like that the recipe is simple to put together.
     
  3. This was a very tasty and moist meatloaf recipe with a delicious mixture of ingredients. I opted not to use the mustard in the glaze plus I used seasoned panko bread crumbs. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC Fall 2009.
