Meatloaf
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup

Glaze
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard (optional)
directions
- Meatloaf: Mix all ingredients together place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Glaze: While meatloaf is cooking place ingredients for glaze in a sauce pan and cook on stove top until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- When meatloaf is done, pour over the top and bake an additional 10 minutes.

This was a very good recipe. The glaze was absolutely delicious! When I was looking over the ingredients for the meatloaf, I felt like there wouldn't be much flavor (I'm big on herbs/spices), so I decided to add some Montreal Steak Seasoning for the pepper/salt/garlic flavor. It turned out great, and the whole family enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing! I like that the recipe is simple to put together.
