ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup quick oats
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- onion powder, to taste

I often add a pinch or so of the following for more of an Italian style meatball
- oregano, Basil, Parsley, garlic powder
directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- In a medium or large bowl knead together all ingredients. Form into decent size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on outside. (Baking time may vary for your oven!).
