  1. This was a easy meatball recipe to fix. It was a little to sweet for us, the next time I fix it I will cut back on the brown sugar. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

  2. I made these for my new years eve party along with 4 other meatball recipes. This one was the easiest and tied for best taste. I'm keeping this recipe on hand! I used a small metal butter scoop to speed up the meatball shaping and it went super fast! Thanks Leah!

  4. What I'm most pleased with about this recipe is how wonderfully the meatballs stayed together. Not even one of the little jaspers fell apart on me. I made a lot of changes in this dish to take out most of the fat. I used ground turkey instead of beef. I changed the sauce completely, using Open Pit original flavor barbecue sauce instead of butter and brown sugar. I stuck with the A-1, though. The result was some really good barbecued meatballs -- very tangy. I served them over curried rice and I'll make it again the same way. Yummy. Thanks, Leah.
