DIRECTIONS

  • Combine beef, cubes, onions, green peppers, eggs,horseradish, salt, mustard, milk, and catsup.
  • Divide into 3 parts.
  • Pat 1 part into loaf pan.
  • Cover with 5 overlapping cheese slices.
  • Spread with second part of beef.
  • Cover with 6 overlapping cheese slices.
  • Add remaing beef mixrure.
  • Invert loaf onto jelly roll pan or foil covered cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350* for 45 min.
  • Crumble 2 slices of cheese over meat loaf, bake for 5 min longer.
  • Cool for 15 min before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley
  • Slice to serve.
