This dressing is a Christmas tradition. Very close what I remember at Kincaids in Bloomington MN. They serve it on Romaine with chopped hard boiled eggs and slivered almonds. Yes - Only use Maytag blue cheese. We add more buttermilk and switch out seasoned salt for the onion salt, use powdered onion instead and little more garlic & Worcestershire. YUMMO! Thanks for the recipe!

OMG, if you try this recipe, you'll never buy it in a bottle ever again! We like garlic so I used a tad more than a small clove and I didn't have buttermilk so I used regular milk to thin it. It was so good I don't think it made a difference. The flavor comes from the Maytag Blue Cheese and that is what what you taste!
