DIRECTIONS

  • Gently warm coconut oil in a heavy pan on medium heat. Make certain it does not reach the smoke point.
  • Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
  • add to heated pan and let cook halfway before stirring them.
  • add chervil/chives and salt/pepper once cooked to your liking.
  • Plate and dust with matcha powder.
