- 1 shallot
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
directions
- Finely dice your shallot.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurts and shallots thoroughly.
- Cover and place in the fridge 2 to 3 hours.

This is good. I did change the shallot to sweet white onion with a tiny bit of mashed garlic. I do find shallots slightly strong. Even this was a bit strong but it went well with recipe#428339 and a salad, for a basic meal. I used Balkan (thick) yogurt and a little water to thin somewhat. No nonfat yogurt. I may make this again. Made for PAC (Pick A Chef) Spring 2011.Reply
