DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all the ingredients of omlette except oil and beat well. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and make an omlette. Fry both sides of omlette. Roll up the omlette and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add tomatoes and fry on medium heat till tomatoes are cooked. Add masala omlette, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add boiled rice.
  • Stir and cover the pan and leave on low heat for 3 - 5 minutes.
