- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 cups cantaloupe, chopped (about a 1 1/2 lb cantaloupe)
directions
- Combine yogurt and cantaloupe in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Chill in an airtight container and use within 1 day.
