  • In a large bowl combine olives, olive oil, peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic and toss to coat.
  • Add fresh Fresh parsley, Fresh Greek oregano, Creole seasoning, Fresh Rosemary, French Thyme, Fine Sea Salt, white pepper and Rice Wine Vinegar.
  • Toss the mixture until well coated and cover with plastic.
  • Stir the olive every hour for 3 hours.
  • Serve Marinated Olives at room temperature. The olives should be chilled for 24 hours too bring out the flavor.
