I made this today because I had extra pineapple juice left over after I had made a smoothie. Threw it all together (even included a few chunks of pineapple) and let it marinade all day. I really liked the taste of the marinade, but it didn't really add a lot to the meat. The steak was tender though. Thanks for sharing.

I live about an hour west from St. Louis out in the country. I love it here it's so peaceful and serene. I tend to spend most of my free time reading, watching movies or tv. I like to watch Food Network shows too, mostly Pioneer Woman, Trisha Yearwood, Ina Garten, and many others. I love cooking for family and friends. I'm always asked to bring a dish to a potluck or dinner. My specialty is baking and making desserts. Recently, I've been looking for recipes for homemade remedies and soaps, and also homemade gifts in a jar to give as presents. I've never tried doing anything like that and I think it would be fun and interesting to do.?
