I was stuck for a recipe for chicken wings even after goning through all my recipe books. It was so frustrating. Luck was on my side because I discovered this wonderful recipe on Recipezaar. It was a DELICIOUS meal and very easy to prepare. I served the chicken wings with stir-fried rice. I can highly recommend this recipe. Thanks to the person who originally submitted it!

I ended up leaving these in the oven for an hour which was way too long. I think even the 40 mins as the recipe calls for might have be a bit much. They tasted all right but I've had better. Maybe the dijon mustard idea would add some pizazz.
