Marinade for London Broil

One of my best friends and her husband served this at a dinner party and it has since become a favorite of mine. You can use teriyaki sauce in place of the soy sauce.

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- lemon pepper, to taste
- cajun seasoning, to taste
directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large ziploc or pan depending on how much meat. Marinade 8 or so hours, flipping the meat a couple of times.

Made this using a nice piece of flank steak. I sprinkled the lemon pepper and cajun seasoning onto the flank steak then added it to the bag with the marinade, which I used basalmic vinegar. I let marinade from about 9 am til 6 pm. This had a great flavor!! Thanks for posting. Made for Fall PAC 08.Reply
