  1. This was a wonderful marinade, which we'll be making again and again. The meat was tender and juicy, and the combination of spices was just right, without being overpowering. Thanks for another great Zaar recipe JohnVac52!

  2. I used this on some ribeyes, and it was delicious. I did change one thing, and that was I chaged the Soy Sauce to Lite Soy Sauce. The wife thought it was a little salty the first time(i loved it), but its perfect for us with the lite soy. thanks for sharing

  3. This marinade was wonderful. I used it on a London broil and broiled the steak in the oven. My husband loved the flavor and said that it beat all other marinades hands down...great flavor. The longer you marinade the better. Thanks for sharing this one...it's a keeper!!

  4. This is the best marinade I have ever tried. I used reduced sodium soya sauce & came out great. The steak was so tender. Thanks.

  5. My DH has been working out of town this year, so is only home on the weekends. I wanted to make a special birthday dinner for him last month, but he had to be out of town on his birthday, so I 'had' planned to make this marinade on the weekend. He called me late in the afternoon the day after his birthday and announced that he was being reassigned for a few weeks close to home and would be home that night...have dinner ready at 9! I decided that I wanted to go ahead with his 'birthday' celebration that night, especially since the girls would also be home. We had an unusually warm spell, so I made this marinade, soaked steaks in it for a couple hours (that's all the time I had), then injected the marinade into the steaks. This marinade worked great for injection! I cooked these on the grill for our first 'cook-out' of the year! Thank you for sharing a really great recipe John!
