"I love Margarita's, so this recipe is right up my alley! This e-mail was found on a local FlyLady Yahoo group website. It is so good! This is also a great chicken marinade!"

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup frozen nonalcoholic margarita mix, thawed
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
directions
- Beat all ingredients together with a wire whisk.
- Chill.
- Serve over a mixed greens salad.
