Marbled Chocolate Fudge

ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 dash salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (10 ounce) package white chocolate chips, coarsely chopped
directions
- melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and salt in heavy saucepan over low heat.
- remove form heat stir in vanilla and chopped white baking pieces. stir just until blended.
- Line and 8-9 inch square pan with waxed paper. Spread fudge mixture evenly into pan. Chill 2 hrs or until firm. Turn fudge onto vutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. store leftovers in fridge.

Since I wanted to make sure the 2 chocolates were just swirled together, I heated the semisweet chocolate in half of the condensed milk (along with the salt) & in another pan did the same with the white chocolate chips, adding the vanilla to it just before swirling together the 2 chocolates! Nice looking & wonderfully tasting fudge, that I happily shared with some friends! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's round of Pick A Chef]

I live in a small community were family and freinds are close to heart!! I work as a bartender and I love to cook but don't like hard recipes like with the odd ingredients that you can never find so I like to keep it simple but really good!!
